Technical issues

If DriveDirect cannot be activated or does not function as described because of a verified product issue, contact support with the purchase email and a description of the issue so we can first attempt to resolve it.

Refund requests

Refund eligibility is assessed according to the checkout terms, applicable consumer law, and the circumstances of the request. Refunds and subscription billing are processed through Lemon Squeezy.

Subscription cancellation

Customers can manage or cancel their subscription through the subscription management link supplied by Lemon Squeezy. Cancellation prevents future renewal but does not normally reverse charges already completed unless a refund is approved.
