License

An active DriveDirect subscription grants the purchaser a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the software according to the activation limit associated with the purchased license.

Device activation

The standard personal license permits activation on one computer at a time. A user may deactivate an eligible installation before activating the license on another computer.

Subscription plans

DriveDirect may be offered as a monthly or annual subscription. The price, billing period, renewal terms, taxes, and final amount are shown during Paddle checkout before payment is completed.

Renewal and cancellation

Subscriptions renew according to the billing cycle selected at checkout unless canceled. Subscription billing and cancellation are managed through Paddle and the customer tools or links Paddle provides.

Restrictions

Users may not resell, sublicense, share license keys to provide unauthorized access, circumvent license controls, reverse engineer the licensing system where prohibited, or use DriveDirect to access Google Drive content they are not authorized to access.

User responsibility

Users are responsible for complying with Google's terms and for ensuring they have permission to access and download the files they select.

Availability and changes

DriveDirect may be updated to maintain compatibility, security, licensing, or third-party API functionality. Features and supported platforms may change over time.

Third-party services

DriveDirect depends on third-party services including Google and Paddle. Availability of those services may affect DriveDirect functionality.

The software is provided on an as-available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DriveDirect is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the software.
