Terms of Use

License

An active DriveDirect subscription grants the purchaser a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the software according to the activation limit associated with the purchased license.

Device activation

The standard personal license permits activation on one computer at a time. A user may deactivate an installation before activating the license on another eligible computer.

Subscription

DriveDirect is offered as an annual subscription unless a different plan is explicitly shown at checkout. Renewal, cancellation, billing, and tax details are presented and managed through Lemon Squeezy.

Restrictions

The installer may not be redistributed as a means of providing unlicensed access. Users may not resell, sublicense, circumvent license controls, or use the software to access Google Drive content they are not authorized to access.

User responsibility

Users are responsible for complying with Google’s terms and for ensuring they have permission to access and download the files they select.

Availability and changes

DriveDirect may be updated to maintain compatibility, security, licensing, or third-party API functionality. Features may change over time.

The software is provided on an as-available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DriveDirect is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the software.
